Complaint channels and alternative dispute resolution by regime:
- For customers in Spain: you may request the official complaints forms (hojas de reclamaciones) and contact the consumer authority in your autonomous community or the Dirección General de Consumo. For alternative dispute resolution you may contact the Juntas Arbitrales de Consumo.
- For customers in the European Union (outside Spain): you may contact the competent consumer authority or alternative dispute resolution entity in your EU member state.
- For customers in the United Kingdom: you may use the applicable alternative dispute resolution (ADR) schemes available in the United Kingdom.
- For customers in the United States: disputes are governed by the law of the consumer's state of residence; applicable consumer forums are available.
- For customers in other countries: you have access to the dispute resolution forums and mechanisms recognised by the law of your country of residence.
