Minimum age

To use Bulpex with consent-based data processing you must be at least the digital age of consent in your country (e.g. 13 in the US; 14 in Spain under Art. 7 LOPDGDD). To contract paid services, we also require that minimum age.

Below that age

If you are below the digital age of consent, you need verifiable consent from your parent or guardian. Verification is carried out via a payment method belonging to an adult.

Privacy of minors

Profiles of minor users are private by default and we limit social features and targeted advertising for them.

Rights of the person with parental responsibility

The person holding parental responsibility may request access, rectification or erasure of the minor's data by writing to hello@bulpex.com.
