1. Your statutory right of withdrawal
Withdrawal by regime:
- For customers in the European Union, Spain and the United Kingdom: as a consumer you are generally entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period to withdraw from a distance contract. For immediately executed digital content and services, that right lapses when the service begins with your prior consent and acknowledgement that you lose it (Art. 103.m TRLGDCU; Dir. 2011/83 Art. 16). At Bulpex, that consent is given when starting the free trial or signing up with immediate effect. Until execution begins, you may withdraw at no cost.
- For customers in the United States and other countries: a 14-day right of withdrawal does not exist. Our voluntary refund policy below applies.
2. Voluntary refund policy (in addition to your statutory rights)
- Monthly plan: we do not offer an additional refund window, as the service is delivered immediately and you can cancel at any time to avoid future charges. If the law of your country requires a refund, we will honour it.
- Annual plan: 14 days from the annual charge (34,99 € for the first year or 49,99 €/year on renewal) to request a full refund of the period; the subscription then ends.
- During the free trial: no charge is made; simply cancel before the trial ends (7 days monthly, 30 days annual).
- How to request: write to hello@bulpex.com from the email address on your account. Refund issued via the original payment method through Stripe.
This policy is a voluntary commercial improvement and does not limit or replace your statutory consumer rights.
