2. Account and eligibility

Minimum age = the digital age of consent in your country (e.g. 13 in the US, 14 in Spain under Art. 7 LOPDGDD); below that age, verifiable parental consent is required. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and the security of your account.

3. Services

Digital binder, pack opening, informational prices, gamification and, where available, P2P marketplace. Features may evolve over time.

4. Digital content and Bulpex Coins (BXC)

BXC and digital content are granted as a licence to use within Bulpex, not as property or real-money-redeemable value. BXC purchased through in-app purchases (Apple/Google) may only be spent on digital content, never on physical cards in the marketplace.

5. Pack opening

Pack opening is an entertainment mechanic with random outcomes over digital content. Packs are not purchased with real money for monetary value redeemable outside Bulpex. Where required, drop rates are published in accordance with applicable policies.

6. User conduct

Fraudulent, abusive or third-party rights-infringing use is prohibited.

7. Intellectual property

See Legal Notice; third-party trade marks and cards belong to their respective owners.

8. Suspension and termination

Bulpex may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

9. Liability

Service provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.

10. Modifications, law and complaints

Applicable law and forum are determined by your country of residence; your mandatory consumer rights are preserved in all cases (see §12 of the Subscription Terms for the regime-by-regime detail).
